Brett Jolly’s Thought for Today (Tucker Carlson leaves FOX)

There have been a “lot” of stories posted about FOX news. Many people have varying opinions on it. Many believe in it, while others have said that they often lie. A day of reckoning came about when FOX was sued by Dominion voting machines for defamation. It was the largest settlement of any case and it opens the door for many other cases against the corporate giant. A week later it’s “leading show host” was no longer employed by them. What does this mean?:

“Negativity is often taught.” Many people are “heavily influenced by what they hear.” A news program should “normally” portray the “news as it is” and not subject their audiences to their “opinions without verification” on their programs. If you do state your opinions, then at least “state” that these are your “opinions.” Dominion’s lawsuit was based on what it felt were lies from FOX. Will this decision have an effect on the viewership of FOX? Probably not. Will this decision make FOX focus more on telling the verifiable truth? Hopefully so. Think about this for a minute: At the January 6 riot many stormed the capital and invaded it illegally. How many of those rioters do you think actually listened to FOX news regularly? Uh huh. “I am not blaming FOX news at all” but rather just asking a question. In order for them to be there “someone had to relay the news to them.” Tucker Carlson read from his script (or teleprompter) for his show. He gave the audience what he felt they wanted to her, but did he always tell the truth? If he did, then should he be fired by now? Unfortunately, Carlson wasn’t the “only” one. What will happen to the rest of them at FOX? Many lawsuits are forthcoming for FOX and a collapse may come soon. Stay tuned. Thank you for checking out my Thought for Today and as always I wish you the very best that life has to offer.
