Brett Jolly’s Daily Thought ( “The Hyperloop”)

A few years ago I talked to some guy who told me about a “new mode of travel.” He told me that it was a few years away but it would work like a suction device through a long tunnel that would allow people to travel extremely fast while being comfortable. In fact, the ride could go over 600 miles per hour but you wouldn’t even feel like it is moving. Now that I see this article I realize that the future is just around the corner. If you would like to know more, here is an article on the new technology:
This should be interesting. I also know that the flying cars are also getting geared up for use. I have seen video on these things. Until now, my most impressive means of travel came when I was in Europe and rode the “bullet train.” That thing was so comfortable, and I could hardly tell that it was moving when it first started. Then when I looked out the window I saw how fast it was going. I could barely keep up with the objects that we were passing. This new thing could reshape the entire future of the world. Of course, it all depends on how successful it is. A couple years back the “self driving car” was invented. This was a car that would practically drive itself. However, I haven’t heard much more about it after an incident where one of these cars killed a pedestrian woman. Some inventions never get off the ground for different reasons. The car that can get a thousand miles to the gallon of gas has already been invented, but just think of all the people that would be put out of work. When I was in 4th grade, my teacher told me that in the future we all would be holding little computers in our hands. I was skeptical then, but lo and behold, they are hear. Technology keeps increasing, but at what expense? This hyperloop means of travel could actually put train services like Amtrak out of business. It might put planes out of business as well. Change is inevitable. Can you imagine how great this would be in it could travel overseas? Even if you choose not to become a part of it, you need to “know” technology. It could make the biggest difference in your own business. Let’s keep our eyes on this Hyperloop thing and see what happens to the world. Thank you for checking out my Daily Thought and as always I wish you the very best that life has to offer.
