Brett Jolly’s Daily Thought (Your own quality of life)

If you looked in a full length mirror, what would you see? If you saw things about yourself in a full length mirror that you didn’t like, what would you change? If you wanted to change certain aspects of yourself, what would you do? Your life is yours, and the answers to these questions may not be as easy as you think. We all are a product of our upbringing, our environment  and our relationships with other people. When you add in the fact that we also take in traits from our ancestry it shows we all have a great deal of diversity. That is not a bad issue at all, but diversity means that we all are different in different ways. The good news is that we can make alterations to ourselves if we choose to. Sometimes we are so engrained in our way of living that we cannot recognize anything that we need to change. Are you happy where you are in your life? If the answer is “no” then what do you think you need to do about it? Of course, no individual person is perfect, but this is not about achieving perfection. If your goal is to be happy then maybe you need to change your quality of life.  Since everyone’s life is different there is no direct way to do this. What you accomplish depends on you. The main objective for many is to become aware. What do you want to accomplish in your life right now? If you know the answer, then why haven’t you accomplished it yet? Life is not guaranteed for any of us, so what you put off today could be terminated tomorrow by fate. The quality that you get out of life depends on what you invest into life. Look within yourself and find the person that you want to be. Then find the way to become him or her. You have the power to make change, but that is only if you want to. Thank you for checking out my Daily Thought, and as always I wish you the very best that life has to offer.
